Text messaging (SMS) program

We collect SMS consent through two optional checkboxes on the form at spamembersnow.com. Each checkbox is separate, unchecked by default, and never a condition of booking a call or of any purchase.

If you opt in, the messages you receive match the consent you gave:

  • Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, and service updates from Spa Members Now.
  • Non-marketing messages: appointment reminders, scheduling, and account or service notifications.

Mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
